If the papers are your own, that's it. If they're your parents', Mum and Dad don't need to use the app. You can do all of it from your phone, and when the locker has a question for them, it comes to you.
A folder stores papers. It doesn't read them, notice that a super nomination ran out in May, or ask whether the shares bought in 1998 are still there. Legacy Locker does, and it builds the list you'll be asked for from what it reads.
